Part 5 – Navigation Matters
19th JanuarySome things don’t change, and some things don’t need to change and the Navigation bar of your website is one of them.
The key things here is to keep it simple so clients who land on your website find it easy to look around for what they want. Make it too complicated and you’ll find that people are soon leaving your website. Some of you might ask, well how will I know? You need to ask your web designer to embed Google Analytics into your site, so you can monitor the bounce rate, which will give you a good indication of how long people stay on your site for, how many pages they look at (so do they go beyond the homepage) and if there is a certain page that people always leave on.
